Please note that we accept returns up to 30 days from the date of the invoice. All requests must be in writing to  and emailed to us at sterling@sterlingstyles.com .

Return requests will not be authorized over the phone.

Please list the following on your return request:  The invoice from which the item was shipped from, each style number and the color and the reason for the return.  Please also indicate if you would like a replacement or a credit for your return.

Please include your request inside the box and mark the damages with scotch tape  (no pins, safety pins or masking tape allowed).

All returns are subject to 10% restocking fee, which will be deducted from total refund amount. Original shipping charges are non-refundable and return shipping costs will also be deducted from the refund if applicable. Refunds will be issued to the original shipping method after the items have been received and inspected. Return items must be unused and in original condition with tags attached.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL ON SALE AND CLEARANCE ITEMS.

AFTER 30 DAYS NO RETURNS OR ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE ALLOWED.
